Silvermount Audio released the update version 1.2 for Torus Bass. The update has a number of improvements since its debut release that focuses on new visual additions, a non-static background and better release sample functionality.
New visuals for 'dead notes', 'harmonics', 'pick scrape', 'left hand perc' and 'scratch all strings' boost user experience when arrangements come to life on screen. Slide samples are now animated, adding to the visual enhancement aspect of the update. Previous fretboard note indicators are upgraded, with improved behavior when notes are played legato with on a keyboard.
Key release functionality changes inside version 1.2 refer to 'fret release' and 'note stop' samples that now engage only between longer rests and spaced out notes.
The 'amp' switch preventing the stereo feature when "MORE" is activated and high pass 'HP' knob in distortion now being independent from mystery "?" switch are among the minor fixes inside the latest release version.
